Explanation:
If you are able to receive faxes, allow me to ask for your fax number again since you would be sure to receive your reservation documents and the brochure on time if I/we could fax them.

. . . or something along these lines.

Explanation:
If the person to receive the fax has not yet made reservations, "the" would be more appropriate than "your" reservation documents, because these would most likely be the papers that s/he needs to fill out to reserve the room/space/etc.

Explanation:
If you can receive fax messages, I would ask you for your fax number once more, since this way we can make sure that you receive the booking documents and the leaflet in time.

Explanation:
Merkblatt=instruction, sheet of instructions, leaflet etc.
Should you have the possibility to receive faxes, I would ask you again
for your number, because this way you
would have the reservation documents and
the instruction leaflet/sheet in any case on time.

Explanation:
Vocabulary:

Unterlagen: documents / material

Merkblatt: instructions / leaflet

I think that what we have here is really one or more forms for the recipient to fill in, and to do so he will need explanatory material - i.e. instructions / directions.

I would therefore venture this translation:

If it is possible for you to receive faxes, I ask you again to give me your fax number to ensure that you receive the reservation material/forms with directions in time.

=

"If you are able to receive faxes, (I would like to ask you again to )please send me your fax number. I will then send you the reservation documents and information sheet immediately to ensure that you have these documents in time (for any eventualities)."

You may feel that this translation is too free but believe me, this is very good way to say what your German sentence is trying to communicate. The two sections in parentheses are not too necessary and perhaps a little stuffy so they could be omitted if you wish.
