German to English translations [PRO]
German term or phrase:da Sie so die Reservierungsunterlagen und das Merkblatt auf jeden Fall
Wenn sie die Möglichkeit besitzen Faxe zu empfangen, bitte ich Sie noch einmal um Ihre Nummer, da Sie...rechtzeitig habenwerden.
Explanation: If the person to receive the fax has not yet made reservations, "the" would be more appropriate than "your" reservation documents, because these would most likely be the papers that s/he needs to fill out to reserve the room/space/etc.
Explanation: Merkblatt=instruction, sheet of instructions, leaflet etc.
Should you have the possibility to receive faxes, I would ask you again
for your number, because this way you
would have the reservation documents and
the instruction leaflet/sheet in any case on time.

Explanation: "Wenn sie die Möglichkeit besitzen Faxe zu empfangen, bitte ich Sie noch einmal um Ihre Nummer, da Sie so die Reservierungsunterlagen und das Merkblatt auf jeden Fall rechtzeitig haben werden."
"If you are able to receive faxes, (I would like to ask you again to )please send me your fax number. I will then send you the reservation documents and information sheet immediately to ensure that you have these documents in time (for any eventualities)."
You may feel that this translation is too free but believe me, this is very good way to say what your German sentence is trying to communicate. The two sections in parentheses are not too necessary and perhaps a little stuffy so they could be omitted if you wish.
