German to English translations [PRO]
German term or phrase: Gemeinsamkeiten finden / Distraktoren und zugehörige klassifieren
Again, these are two things that people taking part in a study have been asked to do in the course of various tests to see whether exposure to lead affects their performance.
The first term I understand but can't find a tidy phrase for it - Gemeinsamkeiten is awkward.
The second phrase I don't really have a clue about. Could Distraktoren be distractions? And what does "und zugehörige" mean?

Explanation:
This goes into cognitive psychology. Distraktoren - distractors
you might be able to use "classify a set of distractors" for your phrase
Gemeinsamkeiten - similarities

See if that'll fit into your context.

If you do a search on 'cognitive psychology' +distractors, you should find a wealth of info.
