"Eine zu starke Markenspreizung zwischen Nfz und Pkw ist zu vermeiden".
Thought about Neufahrzeug but not sure if this would fit. Any other ideas?

Explanation:
Again, I have done a lot on motor vehicle manufacturing and distribution, and we have always used "commercial vehicles" for "Nutzfahrzeuge". It seems to be a little broader than the term "utility vehicle(s)".
