English translation:(oven) windows
Explanation:
From your other questions about baking, I believe that the windows of the ovens are meant here. I would write:

\"Vermeidung des Niederschlags von Kalk- oder Salzfilmen an den Sichtscheiben\"

=

\"Prevention / Avoidance of lime or salt film / deposits on (the) (oven) windows\"

\"Boiler\" = \"Boiler / water heater / hot-water apparatus\"

\"Heizschlangen\" = \"calorifiers / heating coils\"

\"Dampfeinspritzdüsen\" = \"steam / mist jets / nottles\"

\"(oven) window\" is my opinion, the rest is backed up by Ernst/Langenscheidt-Routledge/K.-H. Seidel technical dictionaries

inspection glass

Explanation:
This refers to the inspection glass. No certain, but this probably is used to indicate level of fluid (coffee) in the coffee maker. Of course, you do not want it to be coated with lime, etc. and since this would impair its purpose.
Good luck!

water level indicator

Explanation:
This refers to the viewing window on, in this case, a coffeemaker. Braun calls it a water level indicator in their instruction booklet.

Explanation:
Sorry, the previous answer should of course read "nozzles" not "nottles"
