see below Explanation: "Appraisal" is usually used for the Wertgutachten you obtain when you want to prove to a prospective buyer that your property is worth what you say it is. "Valuation" is used for the value of your property for tax purposes. The other terms you mentioned do not have a particular connection with this subject. To look for lots and lots of info about this subject enter two common English names for "Grundbuchamt" = "registry of deeds" or "land records office" (with the quotation marks) in AltaVista search, there are over 4000 sites. The only Auszug I could find was from 1828 and a little too simple for today but maybe there are more. For "Flur/Flurstueck", what reni says sounds good but it could just be a plain old field or pasture too. Happy hunting, Dan |
