English translation:"printed/lithographed/screened alumin(i)um insets/trim/inserts/plate(s)"
Explanation:
The "matt aluminum look" is quite "in" now for car interiors, perhaps they mean that. It is usually done by brushing not printing though. Because Northern Engraving does many things with alumin(i)um, it is not so easy to pick from the following from their site:

Laser Etch
Screening
Lithography
Adhesives
Diecut

"Bedruckt" could be either be "lithographed" or "screened" but those two words and also "printed" do not sound so good together with alumin(i)um. "etched" or "brushed" alumin(i)um sound good but there are good German words for them already, your author would not need to fall back on "bedruckte".

"Engraved" could also too easily be dead wrong.

The possibilities are "printed/lithographed/screened alumin(i)um insets/trim/inserts/plate(s)"

The least dangerous might be "printed alumin(i)um trim".
