you probably can translate as broccoli-nut triangles...

Broccoli-nut defif. applies..just not 100% sure of triangles being the best word. But corners doesn't seem any better...

Fleurette is a common word for the tender tips of broccoli. For the life of me, I can't even imagine what the latter item might be, as Nuß-Ecken are a confection.
