Therefore / So, what do you/they want to do?

Explanation:
I'm not sure about you or they, because there may be a spelling mistake:

"Sie" with capital letter means a formal you

"sie" means they

On the whole, the sentence sound like it was almost literally translated into German and now you're taking it back into English - it doesn't really sound like a German sentence to me (native speaker).

The "So, /Deshalb," at the beginning is not to typical. I'd expect a sentence like "Also, was wollen" or something like "Was wollen Sie also/deshalb machen?" - with the "deshalb" somewhere in the middle of the sentence, not the beginning.

That's why/That is what I mean, what do you want to do (about it).

Explanation:
I live in Germany, and when "deshalb" is used at the beginning of a sentence,it is usually referring to something that was mentioned earlier. In this case I would use "That's why.."

Good luck! : )

What do you want to do about it, then?

Explanation:
This is what it sounds like to me. However, in that case, as someone else has already pointed out, the "Sie" should be written with a capital letter.
