Am having trouble both with the grammar of this sentence and with the words written in capitals: "Den seitlichen am WÖLBUNGSANSATZ betont kleines MUSCHELWERK mit Löwenkopfmotiv, an der Vorder- und Rückseite appliziert ist jeweils ein reliefiertes Blumenbouquett." The text is referring to a Böttger porcelain pilgrim's bottle.

Muschelwerk is rocaille or shellwork (Langenscheidt, Muret-Sanders). Wölbungsansatz is a bit more difficult, it's the point where the bottle starts bulging or becomes convex - I hope you can come up with a more elegant phrase!
