Except for one hit on "tubular ventilator", I haven't really been able to verify any of these terms, but maybe it'll help point you in the right direction. (I keep thinking along the lines of pipe ventilation, but haven't been able to find much in that respect, either.)

Herzlichen Dank Ulrike! Your answer fits the context quite well and I have been able to find references to "tubular ventilation" (in sewerage systems) in Portuguese. I will settle for that.
