possibility Explanation: Not sure either. Bumsen is to whack or bump. Der Mangel is a lack, deficiency, going without, etc. However, the grammar is strange. Mangel is also an ironing machine for sheets and flat things. Did he bump into the ironing machine, whack his poverty? Why is it not den Mangel bumsen? So either they want to fuck an ironing machine, in which case the article is wrong (die Mangel), or they don't have enough sex, which seems to affect his grammar to the point of making no sense at all... another possibility being, of course, that you're having everybody on while we're wasting time and money trying to help.
