Die PP-Ordner sind außen mit einer Kunststoff-Folie und innen mit Hochglanz beschichtetem Papier bezogen. In Kombination mit den glänzend polierten Metallteilen (Griffloch, Radoösen, Kantenschutz) zeichnen sich beide Ordner durch einen angenehmen Griff, hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit und eine edle Anmutung aus.

or simply eyelets - Rado is a brand name, I think....If I'm not mistaken, these are the two openings on the front of the binder that allows the rings to show through....

agree  Ingeborg Gowans: the "Rado" got me stumped,too, after I searched a million sites for binders, this is probably the term here
