The gloss entry as it reads now isn't very helpful. It should either say "vornehmen" instead of "vorgenommen," and preferably include parts of the sentence such as "Einstellungen vornehmen" = "adjust/configure settings."
Does anything else allow the possible interpretation of settings are prepared/things are pre-adjusted/shown/presented (= vorbereitet, vorweggenommen, beispielhaft gezeigt oder angeführt) because it is a help page?- but that would also be stretching it IMO
