Ernst and Pons both say "verdrucken" means "to misprint", but I don't think that would makes sense here (unless it means "even under optimal printing conditions normal ink doesn't work right"). Pons has "ease of printing" for "Verdruckbarkeit. Based on that, could it mean "normal inks can also be used under optimal printing conditions?"

agree  Klaus Herrmann: inks can be used (it's obvious that the ink isn't used as a shampoo so I'd drop 'for printing').
