Real Estate
German term or phrase: wirtschaftliches Naheverhältnis
The line reads "Gemäß § 6 Abs. 4 Maklergesetz wird auf das wirtschaftliche Naheverhältnis zum Vermieter betreffend der angebotenen Objekte hingewiesen" - what would the corresponding term be either in the UK or USA, Canada. If you hire relatives, this needs to be pointed out when reporting this to the authorities. The same applies to business transactions here - the agent needs to point out that there is a "wirtschaftliches Naheverhältnis" to the party renting out the office. Thanks for your help!
