German term or phrase: Mietsicherungsbürgschaft
Title of a rental agreement (It is the heading of the rental agreement which, briefly summarized, states the tenant must provide a financial guarantee to the landlord) - would it be lease guarantee bond? Or lease surety bond?

This should be the same as a 'Mietausfallgarantie' or, alternatively, even 'Mietsicherheit' in the sense of a 'Kaution' if the contractual provision(s) refer(s) to an actual payment to be made (i.e. a rental deposit).
