heart

Explanation:
just in case you are not talking of the type of marzipan heart than one can eat...
there is a song that says:
Ich drück Dich an mein grosses Herz aus Marzipan
meaning
I press you against my big heart of marzipan...

obviously here its meant something like a "sweet heart"...
not talking of the real marzipan hearts ...

center

Explanation:
just another suggestion: if it's not actually marzipan in a heart shape, this could also refer to a treat with a marzipan center or a marzipan-filled sweet.

a gentle heart

Explanation:
just another train of thought, the "Herz aus Marzipan" could also be referred to as someone who has a heart as soft as marzipane.
