Explanation:
The "Entstörtaste" is a reset/acknowledgement/confirm key here as its function is to acknowledge the fault and sensitize the light barriers again.

Thanks to everyone for your help. All of the answers were helpful, so I wish I could split up the points. After talking to an engineer who works on the line, I found out the key says "ACK," which is why I gave Mickey the points, as he actually gave me that word. For Umwälzer, the engineer also said circulator. Again, thanks to everyone.

Explanation:
Entstoertaste-suppression/anti-
interferance i.e. Entstoergeraet=anti-
interferance device

Taste-techn. push-button, key

Ofenumwaelzer=
Umwaelzer=techn. circulator/circulation
for Ofen there are many words depending
on the kind of "Ofen" they are exactly
talking about. But generally, I would
use (from what I can see here) the word
"furnace." Therefore: Furnace circulator

Explanation:
Entstoertaste - reset button or key
Being a machine, it is unlikely that it is related to radio interference suppression

Ofenumwaelzer - oven/furnace recirculating pump
Here, I opt for a pump because the sentence refer to the cooling water return (Umwaelzpumpe = recirc. pump)
