Explanation:
beach marks are Rastlinien (Stölzel, Metallurgie und Gießereitechnik), and the "mininen" does look a bit like linie...

Stölzel does not list anything for a term vaguely resembling Rastmininen; the entries go from Rastlinienfront to Rastmantel
Under Mini... I found Minium = minium which is a red lead oxide and doesn't seem to fit into your context.
