Used here in a railway brakes context, but such bolts are apparently also used on motor car brakes. See http://www.passat-35i.de/bremsen3.htm for an explanation. What do we call them in English?

The term Ripp.. refers to the seat of the head being ribbed, for a better grip, e.g. safety from losening.
The ter caliper bolts, and brake caliper bolts comes up on many websites. This one mentions the self locking feature.
