German term or phrase:Grumatel
"Mei Dirndl wachst aus als wie's Gumatel, will nemmer lediger beibn" is a phrase in a fork song "Zu Lauterbach"
Explanation: Gumatel is Bavarian for Gummiteil - literally "a piece of rubber." The singer, a man, seems to be refering to his girl's increasing girth. ; ) (Note: although Dirndl is also the name of the traditional Bavarian women's dress, it is being used here in the common spoken dialect for woman/wife/girl.)
