for Spreizbacke I found the following reference, which points to a synonym: Pinole. In english it would then be according to Ernst
- a sleeve [center or tailstock],
- a quill or a
- spindle sleeve

Here is the part of the text which gives that synonym (1st URL):
Von Ausnahmen abgesehen, wird aber keine durchgehende (Stahl-) Achse benutzt, sondern Achszapfen mit radialen Spreizbacken, auch Pinolen genannt,...

For the other term, I have to agree with Ursula, at least a little bit of context would be nice :-) Then we could find a good solution
