Tech/Engineering
German term or phrase: Construction terms
Not much context. The following appear in invoices for construction work:

Ausschaltleitung (electrical)
Hebelsteine and "DF Steine KS"
Hebelkleber (seems related to Hebelsteine)

Spitzboden (could this be "maple floor" ? (Spitzahorn is Norway maple)

Finally, the building is a "Doppelhaushälfte" Is there a better term than "half of a semi-detached house"
John Schweinsberg
English translation:see below
Explanation:
1. Doppelhaushaelfte=Duplex
2. Spitzboden=attic
3. Ausschaltleitung=breaker circuit
4. Hebelsteine=http://www.hela.de/baupark/sortiment_baustof.htm
5. Hebelkleber

to 4 and 5 I can't help you either. If
I could see what it looks like, it would
be easier. Acc. to the websites I found
on these building block, they seem to
be out of concrete with some insulating
properties etc. i.e. concrete blocks. ?
and the "kleber" must be some kind of mortar. Like I say, with a picture or
further context, I could look it up in my construction manuals/books etc.

Good luck.

Explanation:
Doppelhaushaelfte = One side or half of a duplex

Ausschaltleitung = cutoff circuit

Hebelsteine = no luck on this
Hebelkleber = dto.

http://www.bau-markt.de/selbst/grundwissen/techniken_aussen/...

"DF Steine = Duenn-Format Steine = Thinner type bricks

"NF Stein = Normal-Format Steine = Standard type bricks

"KS"

Spitzboden = the floor of the attic, attic floor

... Der Zugang zum Spitzboden erfolgt über eine Holz-Einschubleiter. Gegen Aufpreis kann auch (wenn konstruktiv möglich)eine Treppe zum Spitzboden weitergeführt werden.

Hope this helps somewhat.
