Due to the lack of any context and it being an item on a partslist, my guess would be fixed bearing (as opposed to floating bearing) machining or modification.

Since you responded promptly, that tells me something about your work ethic, and your accuracy here tells me something about your ability. Actually, I wouldn't mind getting your resume and using you on future editing jobs to proof my work. I've done this stuff for quite a while out of Herrenberg, Germany and am in need of good people I can rely on. I never miss a payment and am pretty easy-going.
