It's me again ;-)

I am refering to a mobile programming device. The keyboard looks to me like something you also have on a pocket calculator. Altavista returned nothing.
Thanks in advance.

English translation:membrane keyboard
Explanation:
Similar to the keyboard on the old Sinclair zx81, ei a thin layer of semi-conductive plastic with a printed keyboard layout on the top. When you press one of the printed areas, it pushes the semi-conductive layer onto the backing and makes the necessary connection.

Hope that's what your looking for, Iain.

Thanks to both of you!
Both answers would have been acceptable so I chose the one which came first.
Actually the term was wrong. When I asked the customer he told me to write Tastenblock = keypad.

thermotouch keyboard or softtouch keyboard

Explanation:
A thermotouch keyboard reacts to temperature differences. Softtouch keyboards react to ultralight pressure differences.
