English translation:Insulation materials, polyvinyl chloride, resistant to cold-heading/cold-forging
Explanation:
isolation is NOT Isolierung. It means something else in English i.e. "unter
Quarantaene stellen," etc.
Isolierstoffe are materials for insulation=insulating materials, insulant
Polyvinylchlorid=polyvinyl chloride
Kaltschlag=cold-heading or cold-forging
but: schlagfest (materials)=impact/shock-resisting
there is no combination of the two above. I found the -fest part only described as a certain type of quality
of cold-heading (i.e. better etc.).Here
are some webpages for it:
http://www.seahmetal.co.kr/eng/prod/cold.htm
http://www.astm.org/DATABASE.CART/PAGES/A493.htm

You could also say: resistant to cold-heading/cold-forging
