context is the Durchführung von Ventiltriebs-dynamikuntersuchungen für Serienfreigabe von Schlepphebel im PSA DV4 TD Zylinderkopf:
"Die Dynamikuntersuchung zeigte bei Drehzahlen über 4500 l/min auf der Einlaßseite Bereiche mit Kontaktkraftverlusten. Bei einer Drehzahl von 5500 l/min (300 l/min über max. Drehzahl) kommt es im Bereich der Öffnungsflanke zu einem längeren Nockenkontaktverlust was anschließend im Bereich der Nockenspitze zu hartem Aufsetzen führt." Die Folge sind erhöhte Kraft- u. Pressungswerte an der Nockenspitze."
