In an on-line computer manual taking about starting up a system. I cannot find this term in any dictionary except one, where it is translated "time bill", which doesn't make sense to me. Any ideas?

time change from daylight savings time to standard time
Explanation:
this term refers to the change from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time that typically occurs the last weekend of October. (this very day). Standard time lasts until March or April at which point many countries go back on daylight savings time for the summer. Computers typically have a built-in clock that is programmed to change the time automatically two days a year, on the days for the time changes, back an hour in the fall and forward an hour in the spring. hope this helps.
