Heute kann das weltweit breiteste Programm an Werkzeugen mit Sicherheitsschnellbremse (Hobel, Oberfräsen, Handkreissägen) angeboten werden.
This appears in a company profile. I found a couple of suggestions in Ernst but I'm not sure whether 'quick-acting safety brake' or 'rapid safety brake' would be correct.

emergency stop device / emergency stop switch
Explanation:
Somehow I can't picture a saw, router, cutter, plane or another power tool with a brake, whether it be quick acting or rapid.
Take a look at some of these links, they all refer to power tools with "emergency stop equipment", an "emergency stop switch" or "emergency stop device".

I'd suggest using one of these terms; the underlying meaning is not changed, and it sounds more idiomatic in English.
