German term or phrase: Notizboxen
to be given to customers who buy a particular brand of PC as a free gift along with a mouse pad
Jayne White
"Notizbox" // note dispenser
Explanation:
This is a suggestion with a caveat: a Notizbox is a little box with note paper in it, i.e. a note dispenser or notepad holder. (And a search in Yahoo Deutschland did bring up a couple of hits on that).

However, Notizbox also seems to be a very specific box with cards or pages ("Boxblätter") that are collected and traded among the younger set (in a way not unlike Pokemon).
(See www.f1.parsimony.net/forum1389/messages/2317.htm)
It would make sense that something that's popular among teens would be a gift with purchase, more so, at least to my mind, than a note dispenser.

Maybe you get clarification from the client?
