German term or phrase: blockfest
Die Beschichtung ist ventilierend und besonders blockfest.

I've found a definition of Blockfestigkeit on the Internet:

Blockfestigkeit

Wenske Chemistry gives "caking" for "Blockfestigkeit" – which is confusing me. According to the above defn. I would have thought blockfest means non-caking.

Any ideas?

anti-tacking
Explanation:
Coatings that do not stick are referred to as 'anti-tack'

I thought also of 'non-stick' but this is used more for Teflon and anti-graffiti coatings, so from your definition, I might go more for anti-tack in one form or another.

agree  Kim Metzger: I also think Wenske Chemistry is wrong - anti-caking would also make sense.
