German term or phrase: Behaeltermantel/Stuetzen/Austankleitung
"Behaeltermantel, Stuetzen, Austankleitung."
Measurements are given in mm for the above terms, I presume relating to how thick a coating should be applied to them. The context is a QC procedure when a fire-safety coating is applied to a container on an oil-rig.

Explanation:
Usually, Behaeltermantel is called vessel/tank shell. With regard to Stuetzen there is a wide range of possibilities:bracket, stay, support, upright, pier. My question is however: is it spelled Stuetzen or Stutzen, without the U-Umlaut, then it refers to nozzle. Good dictionaries are: Fachverband Dampfkessel, Behaelter- und Rohrleitungsbau Fachwoerterbuch and Wenske Chemie Fachwb. Hope this helps.
