German term or phrase: aufrastern
The word appears in a text about the guidelines and recommendations for designing a company's brochures. In a section about what colors to use for the typeface, it states:
"Wird das Zeichen in CMYX aufgerastert, können insbesondere bei kleinen Formaten Unschärfen auftreten. Deshalb ist hier eine CMYK-Umsetzung zu vermeiden." I get the gist of what they mean based on other context, but I'm unsure about the word "aufrastern."
