antenna section? antenna level? ...? (context!)
Explanation:
AltaVista (any language)shows zero hits for Antennenstufe, Antennenstufen. And the term is not found in my communications/engineering dictionaries (e.g. Ernst, Brandstetter, Ferretti, Von FRneouard, Budig). It would be far preferable to have you provide substantially more context than just two words, e.g. the entire sentence in question, plus any clues whether the German term is meant here to denote a physical section of the antenna, the entire antenna unit of a device, an antenna level among several antenna levels etc.: More context helps your would-be helpers spend their time more efficiently in your behalf and makes it a fairer exchange of efforts.
The term antenna is much more common in US English than arial. AltaVista (English) arial stage: 2; arial section: 3; arial level: 6; antenna stage: about 9; antenna level: about 56; antenna section: about 300, e.g.

arial stage

Explanation:
In electronics, Stufe would be stage or circuit (in my humble opinion).
Arial is a better spelling.
