Explanation:
If you look at the following site, you can first see what a Sinterlager looks like and then you will see that it is called sinter bearing.

My dictionaries(Siemens Fachwb. Indust. Elektrotechnik and Ernst), however, suggest:
Sinterbronzelager: porous-bronze bearing
SInterbuchse: porous-bearing bushing
Sinterlager: porous bearing

If you enter sinter bearing in Google search engine, you will find 706 entries, cf: http://www.google.com/search?q=sinter+bearing

Here is one manufacturer of sinter bearing or sinter porous bearings (the pictures of Sinterlager and sinter bearing correspond):

Since 1921, we have produced sintered porous bearings -- one of the earliest P/M applications -- that are known for their longevity, operational advantages, economy and freedom from maintenance. Our newly combined manufacturing capabilities allow us global market leadership.

Sintered self-lubricating bearings are ideal for applications where lubrication is difficult, needed frequently or impossible, or where product requirements make it unacceptable for greases or oils to be near production. The pores in these bearing can be filled with lubricating oil so that the bearing requires no further lubrication during the life of the machine in which it is used.

How Self Lubrication Works

Pores on the surface of the bearing form an interconnected storage system of controlled size and volume. When filled with lubricating oil, these pores allow for even lubrication over the entire bore surface. The rate of oil supply automatically increases with temperature and, therefore, with increasing speeds of rotation. For most applications, the porosity lies between 15% and 25% by volume, with the upper limit being imposed by strength considerations that vary inversely with porosity.

Good luck!!
