Anti-suction (protective) cover

Explanation:
Presumably this is some sort of cover/grille over the inlet port, as a safety device for personnel or to stop objects being sucked in.

intake cover

Explanation:
As this deals with engines of sorts, it sounds to me more like it's an intake port of some sort which is 'protected' by some sort of a cover.

(antisuction) fan protection cover

Explanation:
This motor has a fan (Lüfterrad) for cooling. Since the fan blows air over the motor, it'll suck air on the other side, so the fan needs to be protected from stuff that could be sucked into it and block it. Of course, you could call the sucking end of this fan the air intake or the suction, but I've never seen it called like that (I've been selling pumps and equipment that contains pumps for a couple of years). May be because there is a risk of confusion if the motor is used to drive something that has an intake of its own, such as pumps, compressors or blowers. I think your sentence should read in english: clean Fan cover, Fan and cooling fins.
The URL below shows a nice picture of what I think the back of your motor looks like (without the gear), and I think you should be able to find a couple of other helpful terms.
