In the FMEA papers for a plant, this term appears under "deadline" for removing faults.

When you "feed"/dispatch production orders into a work center in production, I am familiar with this step being called "einlastung" sometimes.

I belive they meant "Entlastung", i.e. the release from liability (for instance) for any damages (?) due to faults.
