German term or phrase: Verstimmung der Messbrücke in %
In a telemetry rotor electronics system. Seems you can change the Verstimmung and this will have a different effect depending on the strain gage resistor used.. is it detuning?? And Messbrücke?

imbalance of the measurement bridge in %
Explanation:
'Verstimmung' seems to be a somewhat uncommon usage in this context, but it does exist and it means the imbalance of the bridge -- which is the operating principle of a measurement bridge, which is a comparative instrument. If you don't know the subject, you may not find the references convincing, but 'detuning' would not be appropriate here. (do Google searches on 'Meßbrücke + Verstimmung' and 'measurement bridge + imbalance' if you don't want to download the pdf's.)

Explanation:
This is what Siemens, Energie- und Automatisierungstechnik, has to offer on the subject. See if it helps:

Verstimmung f
detuning n
Verstimmung (Synchronmasch.)
unbalance n
Verstimmung (Resonanzeinstellung)
off-resonance setting (o. adjustment)

Meßbrücke f
measuring bridge

Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : Verstimmung f, Frequenzwanderung f (Elektronik) / detuning
Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : Verstimmung f von Kreisen gegeneinander (Elektronik, TV) / staggering

adjustment [or off-resonance setting or staggering] of the measuring bridge sounds plausible to me, but I'm no expert in the field. But maybe it'll help...

Good luck.

Hope this is helpful
