Die Endfertigung und Kalibrierung der konischen Mensurteile sowie der Zusammenbau der Instrumente erfolgt ausschließlich in der eigenen Werkstatt.

Explanation:
I don´t think "diapason" is used in connection with horns. "Mensur" is certainly "mensure". For brass wind instruments, this is the bore. For a horn it is conical - with that characteristic flaring out of the bell, where the horn player typically puts his hand in it while playing.

The tube is pretty long, when not coiled up, and can be assembled out of sections, so I assume this is what they mean with "Mensurteile" in the context of Zusammenbau - sections of the column which are put together. There is of course a bit of skill involved here: making the sections right to fit together to form a smoothly flaring column can´t be easy.

Explanation:
