Achtung: Damit könnten auch Nachrichten*übertragungs*netze gemeint sein, was m.E. die Optionen in Richtung \"(mobile) transmission networks\" verschieben würde. Ich habe den Verdacht, dass es hier doch eher z.B. um ein Netz von Mobilfunkmasten gehen könnte (für UMTS müssten nämlich sehr viele von diesen neu gebaut werden).
