Investor Relations products Explanation: Here is an excerpt taken from the site that provides such services to its clients: "Our Investor Relations service helps your company provide quote snapshots, charts, raw data and company news all formatted to match the look and feel of your existing website. A growing list of companies are using our investor relations services to and provide their existing and potential shareholders with a better image of their company's value. Easy to Implement Including any of the investor relations components on your corporate website is simple. Most of the components are provided as dynamically generated custom GIF images, which your web developers can link to directly from your exisiting website. This process is very simple - including the custom images should take a skilled web developer no more than 10 minutes, and there is no need for manual updating. Custom Solutions Iguana prides itself on being able to provide custom solutions. If the current suite of Investor Relations products doesn't cover your needs, please contact us to discuss your requirements." Reference: http://www.iguana.co.nz/ir.php |

Internationally Registered Products Explanation: I don't know if "IR" can also stand for anything else, but in our office (we deal with trademarks), "IR" means "Internationale Registrierung" or "International Registration" and refers to trademark registration for the product in different countries. |

IR products Explanation: IR = Information Retrieval please have a look at www.dlib.org/dlib/november95/11croft.html 'What do people want from Information Retrieval. (The top 10 research issues for companies that use and sell IR systems)' There is one chapter about Multimedia Retrieval, I think it fits the bill. Sorry I can't copy. HTH |

information retrieval products Explanation: Ooshi is on the right track and IR products is a good alternative, although not entirely self-explanatory. The context says "media products", where Investor Relations (Vesna-Z) would be too specific and media is not necessarily financial. But "information" is the content of media, and retireved information is a saleable product. HTH |
