German term or phrase: Überschirmung
Text quote:
Die Spannungsfestigkeit prüfen zwischen:
- Kabeln
- Kabeln und Abschirmungen
- Kabeln und Überschirmung (geschirmter Mantel usw.)
- Abschirmungen und Überschirmungen
- Kabeln und Masse (einschließlich der Gehäuse von Steckern aus Metall)

What is the difference between "Abschirmung" and "Überschirmung"? Thanks!!

protective covering
Explanation:
Abschirmung and Überschirmung are pretty similar. Both are protective covers, but in the case of cables "Abschirmung" can be a radio shield, that is, a covering on the cable itself, to prevent radio emissions from providing "noise" in the cable.
Über = above, over,
So I think they may mean cable channels for protecting the cables themselves.

conduit (= Ueberschirmung)

Explanation:
Abschirmung = isolation as in electrical isolation of different wires or isolation of different radio/tv signals. They would not use the 2 terms so distinctly side by side if they did not mean 2 different things
