German term or phrase: elektrische Bahnanlagen
Es sind keine EMV-Einflüsse, z.B. vagabundierende Ströme und elektromagnetische Felder, von elektrischen Bahnanlagen zu erwarten, da diese nicht vorhanden sind.

Thank you for any ideas.

Thanks. This was my take on it, too. I don't think they were referring to the commercial railroad but rather to an industrial system.

electrical railroad equipment

Explanation:
That how I read it.

The Railrods in Germany (Bundesbahn) are usually just referred to as the "Bahn", which is how they then get to this composite word.

electric railway systems

Explanation:
I would say "Anlagen" means "systems" here, rather than "equipment".

"Railway" is British English, "railroad" is American, so take your pick.

It is also usual to say "electric railway" rather than "electrical railway".
