casing plans

Explanation:
Actually the author means "Verschalungspläne"
Verschalung = casing, for instance the planking installed for pouring concrete.

scale maps

Explanation:
Map Scale is the relationship between distance on a map and the corresponding distance on the earth's surface. Map scale is often recorded as a representative fraction such as 1:1,000,000 (1 unit on the map represents a million units on the earth's surface) or 1:24,000 (1 unit on the map represents 24,000 units on the earth's surface). The terms "large" and "small" refer to the relative magnitude of the representative fraction. Since 1/1,000,000 is a smaller fraction than 1/24,000, the former is said to be a smaller scale. Small scales are often used to map large areas because each map unit covers a larger earth distance. Large-scale maps are employed for detailed maps of smaller areas. Mean High Water (MHW) - the average height of all high waters at a place over an 18.6 year period. On small and medium scale maps, Mean High Water coincides with the coastline. (http://www.auslig.gov.au/corpinfo/info/glossary.htm)

The Geographical Survey Institute has produced 1:2,500 scale maps but only for limited areas. Local governments are responsible for preparing large scale maps for their urban planning areas. (http://www.cast.uark.edu/jpgis/jpgsitopo2k5.html)

shuttering plans

Explanation:
If the context makes it clear that this refers to the wooden forms into which concrete is poured, then "shuttering" is the usual word.

14 hrs
drawings to scale; blue-prints

Explanation:
modern technology has taken over and the blue-print no longer exists. we now have computer generated drawings, but they are still "to scale". they are not "maps" which are used on roads, but drawings, which are used on building sites. However, sometimes old buildings have to be revised, modernized, retro-fitted, etc. and the old blue prints are dusted off and looked over again. ARUP happens to be a well-known engineering company.

14 hrs
drawings

Explanation:
is probably enough, i usually forward a "set of drawings" and a specification to each of the bidders on a job; this set of drawings can be a disc

sheeting/shuttering plans // wiring plans

Explanation:
depending on the context, if this refers to pouring concrete to build walls and/or pillars at construction sites, these would be sheeting or shuttering plans; if this is a typo and should have read "Schaltplaene", this also could have refered to the wiring plans for new construction.
