Explanation:
LRV - light rail vehicle (Stadtbahnen are often referred to as LRVs).

In the US, where buses are much more prevalent for public transportation than LRVs, you'll often find the words "kneeling bus" right by the doors to indicate that the bus is a low-floor vehicle.

Low-floor train

Explanation:
Firstly this is a typo for "Niederflurbahn" (should also be "Drehgestell"). In a brochure about urban railway and bus systems published for the EXPO 2000 in Hannover last year I came across the term "low-floor bus" for "Niederflurbus", so by analogy I suggest "Low-floor train". Such buses (and, presumably, trains) are of low construction to allow easier access to pushchairs, etc. when the doors are opened than is the case with conventional buses (i.e. there are no steps to be overcome). They have been in use in the Hannover area for some years now.

Low-floor tram

Explanation:
I know what a Niederflurbahn is. We have them here in Munich. They are the trams with an area of floor at the front entrance which can be lowered to allow wheelchairs and pushchairs to be wheeled on from the ground, and then they are raised again, once the wheelchair is on, to the normal level of the rest of the tram floor. However, whether there is an official word for them in English I'm not sure.
