German term or phrase: unter Kühlung
I would like to ask if anyone has a good translation of the following phrase "unter Kühlung"in the following context: "in 60 ml trockenem Pyridin gelöst und UNTER KÜHLUNG mit 50 ml Benzoylchlorid versetzt."

also, would anyone have a good rendering of "trockener Pyridin"?

Thanks very much!
