planed, sunk, pegged

Explanation:
Those are the most likely terms; but here is what Ernst has to offer for each:

Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : hobeln, ab-, aushobeln / plane vt
Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : hobeln, waagerecht stoßen / shape on the shaping machine
Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : hobeln (dünne Späne) (Masch) / shave
Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : dünner hobeln / thin by planing
Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : gegen den Strich hobeln (Tischl) / traverse

Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : fräsen (Wzm) / mill v
Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : fräsen, aussenken (Holz) / sink

Ernst Deutsch-Englisch : dübeln, mit Holzdübeln befestigen (Zimm) / peg [in], fasten with a peg, pin

Since you refer to a Spanplatte, you will want to stick with terms for which Ernst gives a wood-working context (Holz, Zimm, Tischl).

planed, moulded, dowelled

Explanation:
I'm assuming that there's a typo and it's gehobelt, which means planed....

The website below is all about boards for the door industry in DE and EN and might help with suggestions...
