• Die Kontrolle der Quantität von Support Leistungen in der Anwenderbetreuung wird heute entweder über nachgewiesene Aufwände in Mitarbeiterstunden oder (in neuerer Form) über Tickets durchgeführt.
- Die Abrechnung von Leistungen über aufgewendete Mitarbeiterstunden verlangt, dass ein Grossteil der Service-Leistung in unnötiger Beschreibung zu deren Nachweis (besser Nachweisbarkeit) investiert wird.
- Kenngrößen bei der Abrechnung über Tickets (z.B. bei der Bewertung der Leistungen vom ASZ) sind die Anzahl erstellter Tickets und die Direktlösungsquote.
Dies missachtet die Tatsache, dass sich nicht alle Anfragen von Anwendern wie Standards verhalten. Bestenfalls lässt sich dies für die Bearbeitung von „Fachproblemen des Anwenders“ (Help Desk) annehmen, wo das Problem durch eine geeignete Antwort ggf. mit FAQUnterstützung gelöst werden sollte (Direktlösungsquote).
