Explanation:
Most fluorescent bulbs are simply called 'tubes'. They can be called other things, like 'striplights', but I think just tubes would probably be safest!

If you look at somewhere like http://www.screwfix.com and go into the shop and the lighting section, you should find more different sorts of lights and bulbs than you'd ever dreamed of. Some of it could be useful for reference ...
