Schleuderbeton m / concrete moulded by centrifugal action
Schleuderbetonmast m / concrete pole made by centrifugal process

I had a look on Google for 'centrifugal concrete', but all the hits (around 30) seemed to come from suspect sources, so that probably wouldn't be the way to go.
